FRESH Core Values
FRESH New London, a fiscal project of Third Sector New England, Inc (TSNE) (tsne.org).
The FRESH Jr Staff Crew Leader is the supervisor of the FRESH Crew. This person is dedicated to development and implementation of experiential education that engages youth in the “how and why” of FRESH New London’s mission. In the Spring and Summer, the youth program is agriculturally based but we blend in workshops that help with the understanding of our community work. During the Fall and Winter Crew Leaders will transition back into leadership development, co-planning and co-facilitating the end-of-year workshops and debriefing the year to make goals for the upcoming one. The Crew Leader requires a high degree of organization, innovation, and flexibility, as short and long-term planning often occur concurrent with program delivery. Programming will be focused at our office, the FRESH Farm and at community locations where we engage the community in our work. This is a vital staff position in a growing non-profit organization; our strong hope is to hire an individual who anticipates growth within the position.
