Integrity Initiatives International (integrityinitiatives.org) is an international NGO focused on combatting grand corruption by strengthening the enforcement of criminal laws against corrupt leaders, also known as kleptocrats. Its mission is to enhance accountability for grand corruption. III works to end grand corruption by: supporting national measures, such as the recently created High Anti-Corruption Court in Ukraine; promoting understanding of the close connection between human rights and anti-corruption organizations; forging a network of young people dedicated to combatting corruption in their own countries and around the world; and catalyzing a campaign to establish the International Anti-Corruption Court (IACC).
III is a fiscally sponsored organization of TSNE (tsne.org).
The Americas Coordinator leads III’s work in Latin America and the Caribbean to advocate for the creation of an IACC, including outreach to partner governments, outreach to new civil society partners, and the maintenance of relationships with existing civil society partners. In 2026, the position will be part-time, with the potential for growth.

Compensation and Benefits
Location: Work will be primarily performed remotely.
Compensation: The starting salary for this position is $27.00/hr - $29.00/hr and is commensurate with experience.
Schedule: 15 hours per week, with occasional nights and weekends required. Temporary role with an end date of 12/18/2026.
Benefits: This position is not eligible for benefits.
