The Youth Development Coordinator supports the implementation and day-to-day operations of MFFC’s youth development program, which centers the voices, experiences, and leadership of young people in shaping a healthier, more equitable Mattapan. This role works directly with youth ages 14–21 to co-create programming that nurtures their social, emotional, educational, and physical development while building their capacity to understand and address the systems that impact their lives.
