Asian Arts Initiative will be launching a search for a new Executive Director. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic, community-based arts organization and to make a meaningful impact on the arts and cultural landscape of the Greater Philadelphia region. The Executive Director (ED) will play a pivotal role in advancing the mission of the Asian Arts Initiative, guiding the organization’s strategic direction, fostering partnerships within the community, and inspiring a passionate team of staff and artists. The new ED will champion the organization’s values of equity, creativity, and inclusion while leading innovative programs that amplify the voices and stories of Asian communities. 

Founded in 1993, the mission of Asian Arts Initiative is to empower Asian American communities through the arts, fostering greater understanding, connections, and social change. The organization accomplishes this by creating a platform for cultural expression, providing artistic opportunities for individuals of all backgrounds, and engaging the community in creative, collaborative projects that address pressing social issues.
