Integrity Initiatives International (integrityinitiatives.org) is an international NGO focused on combatting grand corruption by strengthening the enforcement of criminal laws against corrupt leaders, also known as kleptocrats. III works to end grand corruption by: supporting national measures, such as the High Anti-Corruption Court in Ukraine; promoting understanding of the close connection between high level corruption and the worst abuses of human rights; forging a network of young people dedicated to combatting corruption in their own countries and around the world; and catalyzing and coordinating a campaign to establish the International Anti-Corruption Court (IACC).
III is a fiscally sponsored organization of TSNE (tsne.org).
The Deputy Director supports III’s Managing Director in leading efforts to create an IACC, including leading on communications and helping build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders including governments, civil society, experts, and philanthropies.

Compensation and Benefits
Location: Work will be performed remotely from the individual’s personal home office located in the East Coast area preferably near New York, Massachusetts, or Washington, DC.
Schedule: Full-time Monday – Friday including early mornings and occasional nights and weekends. III generally operates on EST and is flexible due to international work.
Compensation: The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000/yr.
