Collective Power for Reproductive Justice (collectivepowerrj.org) is a national reproductive rights and justice organization dedicated to educating, mentoring, and inspiring new generations of advocates, leaders, and supporters. Combining activism, organizing, leadership training, and reproductive rights movement building, Collective Power promotes an inclusive agenda that advances reproductive rights and health, and social and economic justice. Collective Power is a fiscally sponsored project of TSNE (tsne.org).
The Temporary Development and Operations Assistant supports the day-to-day administrative and fundraising activities of the organization, under supervision of the Deputy Director of Systems and Sustainability. This position supports all organizational operations, including performing administrative duties, accounts payable, supporting internal and external events, supporting fundraising operations, and other special projects as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
Location: Work will be primarily performed hyrbid in Amherst , MA and from your home office.
Compensation: The salary for this position is $29.15/hr and is commensurate with experience. This a 32-hour a week position.
