Collective Power for Reproductive Justice (https://collectivepowerrj.org/) is a national reproductive justice organization dedicated to educating, mentoring, and inspiring new generations of advocates, leaders, and supporters. Combining activism, organizing, leadership training, and reproductive justice movement building, Collective Power promotes an inclusive agenda that advances reproductive rights and health, and social and economic justice. Collective Power is a fiscally sponsored organization of TSNE (tsne.org).
The Program Manager, Emerging Leaders Network (PM-ELN), manages Collective Power’s leadership network for new and emerging activists in the reproductive justice movement, under the direction of the Deputy Director of Programs & Policy (DD-PP). The PM-ELN oversees all aspects of the program, including setting goals for cohort membership; recruitment and the application process; and meeting design, facilitation, and logistics. They will ensure that programming addresses movement-identified needs and current political opportunities, and that the Emerging Leaders Network is a space for critical conversations, accountability, and growth for participants. Additionally, they will lead programming for the Roots of Reproductive Justice community of practice, to facilitate Collective Power’s activist/academic archival collaboration. As the key staff person leading network participation, they will manage engagement with partner organizations across all programs, in line with priorities identified by the DD-PP, including Emerging Leaders, Roots of Reproductive Justice, Collective Rising, conference, Challenging Population Control, and other programs/initiatives to ensure coordination.
As a member of the Programs Team, the PM-ELN will provide input on CPRJ's programming. They will support other program initiatives and program fundraising as needed, and represent CPRJ with allies and supporters.
