The Learning and Evaluation Coordinator will help implement inclusive learning strategies, practices, and systems that strengthen TSNE’s programs and services. This person will partner with diverse stakeholders to co-create measures of success, design quantitative and qualitative data collection tools, analyze large data sets, and facilitate inclusive group learning activities. The Learning and Evaluation Coordinator will specialize in designing and implementing interactive data visualizations, such as dashboards, that help staff and constituents understand the quality and impact of TSNE’s work. Additionally, this person will support the Director of Learning and Evaluation and the Evaluation Manager in implementing equitable practices that continuously improve the organization’s services and advance its mission. The Learning and Evaluation Coordinator will also provide ongoing training and supports in order to develop individuals’ learning and evaluation capacities.

Compensation and Benefits
Location: Work will be primarily performed at our main office (89 South St. Boston, MA 02111). Work is currently 100% remote work.
Compensation: The starting salary for this position is $60,000.00 and is commensurate with experience.
