We assist a wide range of organizations in the social sector with a mix of management support and capacity building services in consulting, financial and grants management, business administration, human resources, compensation and benefits administration, professional development training and research in nonprofit fields of practice.

In partnership with the Cambridge Redevelopment Authority and Boston Properties, we will be launching a nonprofit space in the heart of Kendall Square. The mission of this space is to create a thriving workforce development ecosystem to bridge the gap between the available workforce in Cambridge and the jobs in Kendall’s fast growing biotech and technology industries. This will be a co-working space for such nonprofits who are unable to pay market prices and will also have several meeting and classroom facilities that will be used by both tenants as well as external clients.
The Facility Associate is responsible for supporting operations and programming for the Opportunity Space, working collaboratively with the Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager and Facility Coordinator to this end. As the face of the Opportunity Space, the Associate staffs the lobby reception desk and greets visitors serving as an initial point of contact and information. The Associate will also be responsible for supporting the real-time logistics of any events or classes that are hosted on site. The Associate supports efforts to ensure a safe and well-maintained facility operating to its maximum efficiency and the highest standards of customer service. The Associate will also work to ensure all events hosted in the space run smoothly. This position is a part-time position at 20 hours per week. The hours are Monday through Friday 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
