    The ERP Implementation Coordinator will support the Information Systems and Accounting departments as they jointly plan for, transition to, and implement a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. The individual will need to be flexible as they will take direction from both departments and the time needed to address tasks will vary greatly from part time to full time. This is a temporary position which will end after the system is implemented.


    Essential Job Functions



    • Take Microsoft Project Management training and be responsible for updating the software with the ERP work plan;
    • Coordinate follow-up on internal tasks and deadlines relating to the ERP;
    • Coordinate training of TSNE staff and FS users;
    • Schedule all ERP meetings, prepare and send information to participants;



    • Attend and document all ERP-related meetings and trainings;
    • Document decisions made, follow-up items, assignments of tasks;
    • Document ERP standards, protocols, processes with screen shots;
    • Document to be and as is documents and workflows;
    • Develop internal training materials for TSNE staff on best practices and use of ERP;
    • Develop external training materials for TSNE Internal departments and Fiscal Sponsor projects on best practices and use of ERP;
    • Create and maintain working documents folder and archive on I drive.



    • Help clean up data, vendors and customers for transfer to new ERP;
    • Help populate dimension value of new Chart of Accounts (COA);
    • Help map the old COA to new COA;
    • Participate in preparing historical data for transfer into ERP;
    • Help pull reports & compare data to insure data moved accurately between systems;
    • Complete other tasks as assigned by the Director of Data and Business Intelligence & Controller.


    We will consider exceptional candidates who demonstrate a strong combination of the specific qualifications and skills described below.


    • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of non-profit accounting experience in a complex organization;
    • BA/BS degree in accounting or business or equivalent experience required;
    • Strong analytical, research and troubleshooting skills;
    • Proficiency using accounting software and spreadsheets;
    • Ability to pay close and accurate attention to details;
    • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities;
    • Strong communication skills;
    • Commitment to the work of social and economic justice organizations;
    • Ability to work effectively with people of different cultural backgrounds.
